i'm new to live journal but ive done a ton of things like it..idk if any of you have ever heard of 43 things? or were a part of that, but it helped me alot...with like supporting people/gaining support back. umm i guess i should start with my stats? age: 15 CW: 100 GW: 93 or lower.. HW: 105 LW: 94
i've had an ED for a little over a year. im just looking for support and maybe some suggestions too? idk any appetite suppressing ideas would be wonderful:) or any strict dieting suggestions would be awesome too. i'd also love to support or help any of you who need it! motivation, or anything else. i'm trying hoodia? ive heard its like amazinggg and helps a ton, so i'll post again soon and see how that goes after a couple days. the thing is like i can do pretty good during the day (when school's in session, winter break is KILLING me!!) cause i can avoid food easily if i'm preoccupied but when i come home at night and theres nothing to do and i'm starving i'll usually like cave into my cravings and binge..which i hate!! so if any of you have any ideas or something you do to help that or prevent it id love to hear about it! thanks girls! hope everyones staying strong today:)
